Payment
For your convenience, online payments can be made using a credit card or
a PayPal account. Although each of these payment methods are processed by
PayPal, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account or sign up for an account
to make a purchase using a credit card. Stitching by Design does not have
access to your credit card or bank information since it is processed
securely, directly through PayPal.
We also accept personal checks or money orders however funds must be
received and cleared before your order will be processed. To pay by personal
check or money order, select the “Personal Check” option at the end the
order process. Payments should be made payable to Leslie Beck. Please
contact us for address to send payment.
Make sure you include your email address or phone number with your
payment in case we need to contact you.
Shipping
We typically ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 1 to 3 days depending
on how close you are to Des Moines, IA. To keep things simple, we charge
a flat $5 shipping fee regardless of how much you purchase provided that
we are shipping to a single address within the United States. If you live outside the United
States and wish to place an order, please let us know so we can calculate
shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for any additional fees
associated with international shipments.
Timing
Typically we will mail your order within one week of it being
placed. If we cannot meet this timing, we will let you know as soon as
possible. If you need your order sent in less than one week, let us know.
We will do our best to accommodate you.
Privacy Policy
We DO NOT sell or share names or any other information about our
customers with third parties. Your email address is used to provide you
with an email receipt of your purchase and shipping notification. We also
may use your email address to contact you if we have any questions about
your order. We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers.
